Compilation Trailer for Guerrero & Hill

Since shooting on Friday 15th March, the compilation trailer for sax piano music duo Rick Guerrero and Pete Hill (aka Guerrero & Hill) is now coming to completion. The clip above is a short extract  - Track 5 'When I fall in Love'.

I am very pleased with the results, particularly because I had only four hours to shoot it in, and using a kit consisting of two soft box studio lights and a Canon 110D. It really helped prepping myself beforehand, during one of their rehearsal times. The trick was to make every shot of the musicians as compositionally engaging as I could. The editing would then be a matter of sync cuts, pacing and subtle but effective transitions.
